Looking for a Recap?

Sorry to disappoint, but it’s been a rough week, folks. I just started a new full-time job, so haven’t been able to keep up with my usual tv-viewing habits. I was too busy to watch this week’s episode until last night, and then I was barely able to stay awake thorough it, much less write a recap. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get around to it soon.

Just off the top of my head, here are the observations which stood out to me – Amanda’s losing her shit & turning very bitchy, Blake surprisingly finally redeemed himself (at least design-wise if not personality-wise) and I love Swapnil more than ever. I thought Edmond and Laurie deserved some recognition, which they did not get.

Joseph should go home. Can’t believe he wasn’t on the bottom for making yet another mumsy dress that could have been purchased in any store, anywhere. And maybe Jake, too. I wasn’t impressed with his sequinned jersey. Like Tim said, it’s been done, and much better.

I love, love Kiernan Shipka. So happy to see her. I hope she gets a new series soon. At last, they finally got a judge who knows fashion and has smart things to say. And she was so nice, even to the ones who really didn’t deserve it.

Oh, and pretty sure I saw Heidi’s underarm jiggle, which made the entire season worthwhile. Despite what that idiot Trump says, she’s def still a 10, but hooray, she’s human!

  1. Congratulations on your new gig. Lovely capsule report. Watched Lifetime’s runway video, and exhausted my data allowance. Swapnil’s flouncy black cocktail dress was gorgeous in motion, especially with the red shoes (even though they would make mine look better on a piano). Thanks!

    • Thanks so much! It’s HARD working a full-time job. Not sure yet if it’ll be permanent, we’ll see. I loved Swapnil’s dress, too. It was gorgeous. I actually liked it better than Blake’s, but you had to admire how different his was and how he managed to pull that off.
